Vegetable Balls

  1. Soak dried shiitake in water and clean all mushrooms. Chop all finely.
  2. Steam and mesh pumpkin. Add salt.
  3. Chop carrot and green/red peppers.
  4. Mesh tofu and squeeze water out. Add salt.
  5. Blanch fried tofu twice and chop it.
  6. Mix all ingredients together and make vegi balls(about 15g each). Coat it with starch.
  7. Stem the vegi balls or roll it on a pan.

  • Dried shiitake 60G
  • King oyster mushroom 70G
  • Button mushroom 30G
  • Oyster mushroom 20G
  • Pumpkin 200G
  • Carrot 40G
  • Green pepper, Red pepper 1/2ea each
  • Tofu 1/2 block
  • Fried tofu 4 slices
  • Salt 2T, sesame seed oil 2T
  • Starch 1Cup
