Sweet Pumpkin Balls

  1. Peel sweet pumpkin and remove seeds.
  2. Steam sweet pumpkin and put it through a sieve.
  3. Sift sponge cake to make powder.
  4. Mix sweet pumpkin, a half of sponge cake powder and salt.
  5. Take 15g of No.4 and form into boll.
  6. Roll all pumpkin balls in the last cake powder and serve.

  • Sponge cake(vegan optional) 200G
  • A pinch of salt
