Sweet Pumpkin Balls
- Peel sweet pumpkin and remove seeds.
- Steam sweet pumpkin and put it through a sieve.
- Sift sponge cake to make powder.
- Mix sweet pumpkin, a half of sponge cake powder and salt.
- Take 15g of No.4 and form into boll.
- Roll all pumpkin balls in the last cake powder and serve.
- Sweet pumpkin 450G
- Sponge cake(vegan optional) 200G
- A pinch of salt
