Spicy Fried Tofu

  1. Wash tofu and dice it. Sprinkle with salt on top.
  2. Chop green & red peppers.
  3. Remove liquid from tofu and coat potato starch. Deep fry at 170C till golden colored.
  4. Add vegetable stock into red pepper paste. Mix it.
  5. Add grain syrup in no.4 at low heat. Boil it down till thicken.
  6. Turn off the heat and put fried tofu and green & red peppers into no. 5. Stir all together and serve it.

  • Firm tofu 1block
  • Green & red peppers 1/2ea each
  • Salt 1ts
  • Frying oil
  • Potato starch flour 2Ts
  • Spicy sauce: red pepper paste 2Ts, vegetable stock 1/2C, grain syrup 2Ts
