Boiled Mushroom & Green Pepper in Soy Sauce

  1. Clean button mushrooms and blanch it in salt water.
  2. Wash green peppers. If too big, cut it half.
  3. Stir-fry green peppers on an oily pan. Add salt.
  4. Put soy sauce, rice syrup and cooking oil in another pan. Boil it in the strong heat.
  5. When it starts boiling, add mushrooms and boil it down.
  6. Lastly add green peppers in no. 5. Turn the heat off and add sesame seed oil and sesame seed. Stir together.

  • Sauce: soy sauce 1C, rice syrup 3TS, cooking oil 1ts, sesame seed oil 1Ts, sesame seed 1Ts, salt 1/2ts
