Steamed Mushroom With Perilla Seeds

  1. Soak dried shiitake in vegetable stock.
  2. Cut soften shiitake, king oyster mushroom into thin strips.
  3. Tear oyster mushroom and enoke mushroom off into a bite size.
  4. Soak black mushroom in water till soften and squeeze liquid.
  5. Soak bracken in water and drain. Cut it into 5cm long.
  6. Perilla oil in a pan and stir-fry shiitake, bracken. Add soy sauce.
  7. Add 2 cups of vegetable stock in no.6 and keep boiling.
  8. Add the rest ingredients except enoki mushroom and mung bean sprouts.
  9. When starts boiling, put mung bean sprouts and enoki mushroom.
  10. When boiling, pour 1 cup of vegetable stock and add perilla seed powder, rice flour.
  11. As getting thicken, turn the heat off. Add a pinch of salt for desired taste.
