Soy Paste Vegetable Sauce

  1. Chop zucchini, green pepper and shiitake.
  2. Crush bean curd.
  3. Pour vegetable stock in a pot and turn heat on.
  4. When boiling, add soy paste then put shiitake, zucchini and green pepper.
  5. When boiling again, add bean curd. Add salt for desired taste.
  6. Keep boiling for 1-2 min. then turn heat off.
