Soy Paste Cabbage Wraps

  1. Clan cabbage leaves and drain liquid.
  2. Boil beans with a pinch salt.
  3. Skin burdock. Boil it to soften. Cut into cubes.
  4. Cut mushrooms and green/red peppers into cubes.
  5. Stir-fry burdock, mushrooms and green/red peppers in sesame oil.
  6. Boil all ingredients for soy paste sauce on medium heat till dark brown.
  7. Turn heat off and add burdock, mushrooms and peppers in sauce. Mix it.
  8. Arrange No.7 on each cabbage leaf. Garnish with radish sprouts.

  • Various beans 2Ts
  • Burdock 10cm long 1ea
  • Mushroom 3ea
  • Green/red pepper 1/2 each
  • Salt a pinch, sesame oil 1ts
  • Radish sprouts for garnish
  • For soy paste sauce: soy paste 2Ts, sesame oil 1Ts, sesame seed 1Ts, rice syrup 1Ts, vegetable stock 1Ts
