Pan-fried Toufu with Agastashe Pickles

Pan-fried Tofu with Pickled Agastache

  1. Cut tofu into dice(3x3cm).
  2. Sprinkle with salt and drain water.
  3. Put perilla oil in a hot pan and fry the tofu each side till golden brown.
  4. Serve tofu with pickled agastache on top.( Or choose your favorite pickles.)
  • A block of tofu 1 EA
  • Perilla oil 3T
  • Pickled Agastache 3T
  • Salt 1/2t
