Boiled Pumpkin & Mushroom in Soy

  1. Peel and seed pumpkin. Wash it and cut in biteful sizes.
  2. Cut mushrooms half and hull green peppers.
  3. Put oil into pan and stir-fry pumpkin for 3-4 min.
  4. Pour seasoning in the pan and boil it.
  5. When liquid left half, add green peppers and mushrooms. Give it quick swirl.
  6. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
  • Pumpkin 200G
  • Button mushroom 100G
  • Green peppers 50G
  • Perilla oil 2T
  • Black sesame seed 1T
  • For seasoning: soy sauce 2T, grain syrup 2T, plum juice 1T, water 1C
