Spicy Soybean Paste Soup

  1. Mix wheat flour, soy flour, salt and perilla oil with 1/2 cup water.
  2. If too the dough is hard, add water to get soften.
  3. Wrap the dough with cotton cloth and retard.
  4. Pour 8 cups water in a pot and add shredded shiitakes. Boil it.
  5. Add sliced potato, soybean paste, red pepper paste and red pepper powder in a boiling pot.
  6. Pull of small pieces of dough and drop in a pot. Add salt for desired taste.
  7. Lastly add sliced zucchini and red & green peppers.

  • sesame seed 1ts
