Seasoned Sedum & Mushroom

  1. Wash sedum in cold water and drain it.
  2. Cut oyster mushroom and shiitake into about 6-7cm long and 0.5cm thick. Boil it together in water adding salt.
  3. Mix all ingredients of seasoning.
  4. In a bowl, put mushroom and seasoning first and mix. Add sedum and mix gently.

  • water 3C
  • Red pepper paste 3Ts, vinegar 1Ts, lemon juice 1Ts, plum syrup 1Ts, honey 1Ts for seasoning.
