Nutritious Shepherd’s purse Rice

  1. Wash and clean shepherd’s purse.
  2. Cut carrot and shiitake into julienne strips.
  3. Put in sesame oil and put soaked rice and shiitake in and stir fry.
  4. Add vegetable stock and boil.
  5. When boiling, add half of shepherd’s purse and carrot.
  6. When liquid is absorbed, add last half of shepherd’s purse and reduce heat low around 5-10 min.
  7. Serve with seasoning separately.

  • Shepherd’s purse 150G
  • Carrot 50G
  • Soaked shiitake 4ea
  • Vegetable stock 3C
  • Gingko nut 5ea
  • Soy sauce 3Ts, red pepper powder 1Ts, green pepper 1ea, sesame oil 1Ts, ground sesame seed 1/2Ts, vegetable stock 1Ts for seasoning.
