Angelica & Gardenia Steamed Rice

  1. Chop finely the gardenia seeds and soak it in 2 cups of water for 2hrs.
  2. Boil dried angelica with a cup of water in a pot.
  3. Soak rice and sweet rice in water for 1-2 hrs. Add salt.
  4. Slice seeded jujube.
  5. Cut chestnut half.
  6. In a hot pot, place drained rice and sweet rice, chestnut, jujube and summer soy bean.
  7. Pour gardenia seed soaked water and boiled angelica water over rice in a hot pot and cook.
