Scorched Rice & Peanut Porridge

  1. Crumble the crust of scorched rice.
  2. Finely chop roasted peanut.
  3. Make sweet rice flour and water mixture.
  4. Boil water in a pot and turn off the heat.
  5. Put the scorched rice crumbles, sweet rice mixture and chopped peanut in boiled water.
  6. Boil on medium heat.
  7. When boiling, cook over a low heat until the porridge is thickened.
  8. Add salt and garnish with jujube slices.

  • Roasted peanut 1/4C(50g)
  • Sweet rice flour 1/4C
  • Water 6C
  • Salt
  • Jujube 6ea
Garnish with your favorite herbs

Serve while warm
