Steamed Lotus Leaf Rice

  1. Wash and soak the rice in water, then steam it on a steam pot or in a rice cooker.
  2. Cut one lotus leaf half.
  3. Drizzle salt water on the steamed rice.
  4. Spread wide the half-cult leaf and arrange steamed rice, jujubes, pine nuts, chestnuts, gingko nuts. Wrap it carefully.
  5. Steam lotus leaf rice once more for 10 min. for deep aroma.
  • 200g/leaf for male, 180g/leaf for female.

  • Salt water 3Ts
Place the stuff on the half-cut lotus leaf
Steam it once again
